Abstract

This article focuses on community service within the Student & Alumni Affairs (SAA) division of SU campus to enhance student development and institutional efficiency. The purpose was to provide project support for leadership programs and standardize organizational processes through professional documentation. Using a project-based community organizing method, the initiative involved coordinating the ASEAN Youth Leader Program (AYLP) and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seven core student services. Results indicate improved event logistics, the successful gathering of regional youth leaders, and the establishment of new institutional frameworks that facilitate social transformation within the campus community.
