Submission Preparation Checklist

In light of current standards, the submission requirements have evolved to prioritize transparency, digital integration, and accessibility. A primary requirement remains that the submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal

Regarding technical formatting, while Microsoft Word remains a standard file format, many high-impact journals have shifted from single-spacing to double-spacing for the initial submission phase to facilitate ease of reading and annotation for peer reviewers. The preferred font has largely stabilized at 11-point (such as Times New Roman or Arial) to ensure readability. It is essential that all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, but authors are now often required to also upload these as high-resolution (300 DPI) supplementary files to ensure print quality. The use of underlining is strictly avoided in favor of italics, and all digital references preferrably include a functional DOI (Digital Object Identifier) link rather than a simple URL whenever possible.

Finally, bibliographic and stylistic requirements have moved firmly to the APA 7th Edition. This update includes more streamlined "et al." rules for citations and a significant emphasis on bias-free, inclusive language. To meet the rigors of double-blind peer review, the submission must be entirely de-identified, with all author names, affiliations, and identifying self-references removed from the main manuscript and placed on a separate Title Page.
